Acceptance of Agreement
By accessing the services provided by CLEANRIDE GARAGE LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the vehicle owner and CleanRide Garage LLC.

Garage Services
Service Scope
All detailing, paint correction, and restoration services are performed based on industry best practices and Missouri business standards.
Vehicle Handling
We reserve the right to refuse service to vehicles with pre-existing structural damage that may be exacerbated by detailing processes.
Payment & Transactions
Pricing
Estimates are provided post-inspection. Final costs may vary based on vehicle condition.
Invoicing
Full payment is required upon vehicle completion and prior to pickup.
Taxes
All services are subject to Missouri state and local sales taxes where applicable.
No Cash-Back
Payments are final once the vehicle has been inspected and released to the owner.
Limitation of Liability
CleanRide Garage LLC is not responsible for mechanical failures or electrical issues unrelated to the detailing process. Owners must remove all personal valuables from the vehicle prior to service.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Stoddard County, Missouri, USA.
